At GrowWaas, we take great care in sourcing and delivering only the freshest fruits and vegetables. We inspect all produce before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
 
We understand, however, that issues can sometimes occur. If you experience a problem with your order, please read the policy below and contact us as soon as possible.
 

Returns for Fresh Produce

 
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we do not accept returns once items have been delivered, unless:
 
  • The items were damaged during delivery
  • The wrong items were sent
  • The produce was not of acceptable quality at the time of arrival
 
If any of these apply, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the affected items.

Refunds and Replacements

 
If your complaint is accepted, we will offer:
 
  • A full or partial refund (processed to your original payment method), or
  • A replacement product, where feasible
 
 
Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation.

We may not be able to issue a refund or replacement if:

  • The issue is reported after 24 hours
  • Items have been consumed or discarded
  • Photos or sufficient details are not provided
 
 

How to Report an Issue

 

1. Email support@growwaas.com within 24 hours of delivery

2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

3. Attach clear photos of the produce in question

4. Wait for confirmation from our support team

We aim to respond to all refund or replacement queries within 1 business day.
