At GrowWaas, delivery is built into our service. Whether you're a local shop, a restaurant, or a household, we bring your fresh fruit and vegetables straight to your door in less than 24 hours. You don’t need to visit a wholesaler or chase after missing stock. Just place your order online and we’ll handle the rest—packed carefully and delivered right when you need it.

How Our Delivery Works

  • Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the next working day.
  • Orders after 2 PM are scheduled for the following day.
  • We deliver six days a week across Birmingham and surrounding areas.
  • Deliveries are made between 7 AM and 6 PM depending on your zone.
  • You’ll get a text and email update with your delivery window and driver details.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

4. Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery is free for orders over £30. Smaller orders may incur a £2.50 fee.

5. What happens if no one is available to receive the order?

We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp. If we can’t reach you, the order will be held for redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply.

6. Can I choose my delivery time?

You can select a preferred time slot window. We’ll do our best to accommodate. Final delivery times are confirmed on the day.

7. Can I request same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery is available for urgent orders placed before 10 AM. Contact us to confirm availability.

8. How is the produce kept fresh during delivery?

Items are packed in ventilated or chilled containers. Delicate produce like strawberries and herbs is stored separately from bulkier items.

9. Can I return an item if it’s damaged?

Yes. Contact us within 4 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Do you offer contactless delivery?

Yes. You can request contactless delivery at checkout. The driver will leave the order at your door and notify you.

11. Do you deliver to businesses and homes?

Yes. We supply both trade customers and households.

12. How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched.

13. Is there a minimum order size?

No minimum order, but delivery is free on orders over £30.
